As a Canadian-owned company, we are proud to say that all of the furniture items on our store website are proudly manufactured in Canada, with the majority of goods being produced within the Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area.

With the majority of items on our store website being made to order, there is typically a production period for an item once an order is placed. This production period varies depending on the manufacturer and can range from anywhere between 1 to 22 weeks. Select items, such as most mattress and pillow models are typically stocked and are more readily available.

 

I am encountering a “Zip Code Error” at checkout. What does this mean?

Our store requires address verification as part of payment to ensure the billing address entered at payment matches the address provided to your bank. If you require delivery to an address that is not the same as your billing address, please keep the billing and shipping addresses separate when you place your order.

 

How do I know if this is a legit company?
