Shipping & Returns

At CanadianFurniture.ca, we believe in creating a stress-free shopping experience for our customers. That's why we ship Canada-wide and offer free shipping on all southern Ontario orders with our standard shipping option (Newfoundland & Labrador, territories and other remote regions are excluded from our shipping zones).

Standard Shipping

All of our products are carefully and professionally shipped with Frontier Supply Chain Solutions or our local delivery team (depending on your location). Standard shipping includes delivery to the front door of your house or condo/apartment building lobby.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (outside of Southern Ontario).

Please note:

As the majority of our products are made to order, production and delivery times may vary based on the item(s) purchased.

The delivery dates provided are reliable estimates from the courier but cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time windows are typically on weekdays and can range from 10am to 9pm. Weekend and evening deliveries in the GTA can be requested. Contact us for details.

All made to order and custom items (bed frames, mattresses, sofas & sectionals, dining tables & chairs, accent chairs, etc.) are non-refundable and are final sale.

Exchanges and Returns

As our products are made to order especially for you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, and/or returns. All orders are final sale. Any manufacturing defects will be fixed, replaced, or resolved. Please note that return/repair shipping costs apply for orders placed outside of Southern Ontario.

Tracking

Please track your shipment using the tracking number provided and ensure that someone will be available at your shipping address to receive the delivery. If you miss your delivery, a second attempt will be made by the carrier. If you know you will not be available to receive your shipment ahead of time, you may leave a signed note at your door instructing the delivery driver to leave your package at any secure location on the property (ie. your backyard or with the front desk). Please note that if you leave written and signed permission for the packages to be left on the property, neither CanadianFurniture.ca nor the carrier is responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please call the appropriate carrier with any questions or concerns.

Damages

We ask that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. In the off-chance that you receive a damaged item, we require notice within 3 days of delivery. Once we're notified, we will replace any necessary parts or send a complete replacement, if necessary. Report a damaged order.
